Two En-Suite Bedrooms: The First Floor Primary Suite features a vaulted ceiling, airy French doors that open to the porch, a clawfoot tub, custom built-ins & a rain shower. The Second-Floor Suite enchants with a vaulted beamed ceiling and full bath. Bedrooms Three & Four are also on the second floor. Bedroom Three offers a queen bed with sunny windows. Bedroom Four is an ideal teen/young-adult retreat with a custom marble and fluted maple vanity, built-in closets, wide-plank shiplap and two built-in twin beds. The second story hallway bathroom, with arched entry, Roman-style tub, and high-end fixtures, oozes luxury. All bathrooms feature Waterworks brass faucets, porcelain & marble finishes.

SUMMERTIME AT the OAK HOUSE

Hydrangea hedges and crabapple trees create fragrant English and French gardens. A farm-style front porch with plush outdoor seating sits beneath two large oaks, perfect for morning coffee and lazy weekends. Off the kitchen, grill farmers market finds and make pizzas in the Ooni oven for a midsummer dinner. The fenced backyard offers dining under a cedar pergola draped with jasmine and white roses. After dinner, gather around the bonfire in comfortable chairs to roast s'mores and share stories. These outdoor spaces are ideal for unwinding after a day at West Bay, just blocks away.
